The local social diagnostics, within the framework of the Child Guarantee, is a strategic tool that provides an in-depth understanding of the reality of children and young people in each territory, identifying situations of vulnerability, inequality, and risk. Based on an integrated, participatory, and evidence-based approach, it supports the definition of priorities, the planning of tailored responses, and coordination among local stakeholders, promoting effective access to essential services such as education, healthcare, nutrition, housing, and social protection.
